2010 Inspectors report stated that Three Acres:
"An extremely comfortable property, providing a very high standard of guest accommodation, service and hospitality in an attractive rural setting on the edges of Exmoor"
"From the moment you walk into the wide welcoming hall, a sense of peace and well being descends. Julie and Edward Christian are relaxed and welcoming hosts. There is nothing stuffy about Three Acres and they've built a reputation for relaxed, comfortable country living"
