Exmoor Flag

The Exmoor Flag represents and celebrates the greater area of Exmoor, beyond the National Park boundaries.  It is for everyone who loves living in and visiting this most uniquely beautiful corner of England.

The creation of a flag for Exmoor coincided with the 60th anniversary of Exmoor National Park during 2014.  An open to all design competition was held and 261 entries were received which then went though to the shortlisting stage by a panel of judges which included the wildlife enthusiast Johnny Kingdom.  5 finalists were selected to go through to the public vote and the winning Exmoor Flag with 41% of the vote was designed by Jenny Stevens.
